At Flonk Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The packaging must be in its original condition
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee products.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if product is damaged)
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened coffee bags
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
